项目介绍 | Project Introduction
△工作室外观，studio appearance
项目位于广州琶洲的临江创意园内，处于整栋建筑的一层，面积约为280平米，兼顾日常展示以及办公需求。宅匠是一个环保家装材料集合工作室，除木蜡油地板及整板家具外，也提供包括天然黏土、米耐岩等欧美流行进口环保材料。
The project is located at the innovation center of Pazhou, Guangzhou. On the 1st floor, with an area of 280㎡, it takes into account both daily display and office needs. Zestman is a collection studio of environmental-friendly household decoration materials. In addition to wood wax floor and the slab furniture, Zestman also provides imported environmental-friendly materials including natural clay, micro cement, etc.
设计理念 | Philosophy Of Design
在此次的设计中，为了更好营造出家的氛围和内涵，我们删繁就简，用更整体的手法去处理空间，同时呼应宅匠“天然、耐久”的品牌基因，着重于表达天然材料的质感，使到访者能聚焦于产品本身，充分沉浸在自然舒适的空间中。
In this design, to better create the atmosphere and connotation of home, we cut down the complexity , using a more holistic approach to work on the space, while echoing the “natural and durable” brand gene of Zestman, focusing on the expression of the texture of natural materials, so that visitors can focus on the product itself and fully immerse themselves in the natural and comfortable space.

项目原貌
原本内外部更多从办公用途出发，外立面缺乏标识性，不利于展示及对外交流。
Originally, the interior and exterior were more for office use. The facade was lack of identification, which was not conducive for display and external communication.

外立面 | Facade
在原有框架基础上，大刀阔斧地进行了调整。
对外立面进行整体拆改。同时结合室内功能需求，最大化地开放空间。为了更好的采光和景观效果，消隐门窗的形式，我们在每个区域都采用了一体的玻璃，形成了足够通透的框景效果。墙体和玻璃的搭配，生成虚实结合的外立面。
On the basis of the original framework, drastic adjustments have been made.
The whole facade is demolished as a whole. At the same time, combined with the indoor functional requirements, we maximized the open space. In order to achieve better lighting and landscape effect, we use integrated glass in each area, instead of traditional doors and windows, forming transparent frame landscape effect. The collocation of the wall and the glass produces the facade of the combination of the virtual and the real.
玻璃安装图
最大一整块玻璃达六米长，三米高，安装动用了起重机及十几位经验丰富的工人配合才完成。
Glass installing
The largest piece of glass is six meters long and three meters high. The installation was completed with the cranes and more than a dozen experienced workers.
由于东面和南面都有大面的玻璃，我们考虑到阳光直射产生的影响，把框架向外延伸了0.5米，同时内部空间退入0.5米，从而更好地强调了外立面的体块感。
外部墙面材料采用通体防水的西班牙米耐岩，保持长期使用的稳定性。
Due to large glazing on the East and south sides, considering the impact of direct sunlight, we extended the frame outward by 0.5 m, while the internal space retreated by 0.5 m, thus emphasizing the sense of block on the exterior facade.
The exterior wall material is made of all-round waterproof Spanish micro cement to maintain long-term stability.
入口玄关结合景观，向内退入数米。内凹式入口既保持了外立面的整体统一，又能产生形体与光影对比，兼顾了遮阳雨棚的需求，模糊室内外界限。形成的灰空间能有效丰富空间层次感，同时强调了空间入口的延伸感。
Considering the landscape, the entrance retreats a few meters inward. The concave entrance not only maintains the overall unity of the facade, but also produces the contrast between the shape and light and shadow, taking into account the needs of the sunshade, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor. The gray space can effectively enrich the sense of spatial hierarchy , while emphasizing the sense of spatial extension of the entrance.
玄关 | Entrance
外部采用通透的玻璃，模糊了室内外边界感，同时通过引入植物与阳光，影影绰绰的光影，仿佛置身于园林别墅间，打造沉浸式的体验，营造家的氛围。
Transparent glass is used outside to blur the sense of indoor and outdoor boundaries. Meanwhile, plants and sunlight are introduced to create an immersive experience and a home atmosphere.
体验空间 | Experience Area
为了隐藏天花边角的消防管道，我们将墙体加厚0.3米，利用富余的空间打造隐藏式的收纳柜。结合展品打造成门板，关上时严丝合缝，仍是完整的展示墙。
To hide the fire pipe at the corner of the ceiling, we thickened the wall by 0.3m, using the spare space to create a hidden storage cabinet. Combined with the exhibits, the door is made into a complete display wall.
与自然共生
外部景观绿植高低错落，疏密有致，绿意盎然的环境能够滤去浮躁与喧嚣，在繁碌的都市环境中有了缓冲。微风吹拂，光影婆娑，树影斑驳，与空间融为一体，惬意悠闲。
Symbiosis with nature
The external landscape is scattered with green plants, and the green environment can filter out the impetuousness and bustle, which is a buffer in the busy urban environment. Breeze blowing, dancing light, mottled tree shadow, integrated with the space, it is a comfortable and leisure space.
内部结构柱藏入柜体内，减少视线的干扰，让空间更干净。
The internal structure column is hidden in the cabinet to reduce the interference of sight, which makes the space cleaner.
洽谈区 | Meeting Area
整个空间是温暖舒适的，你可以按照自己关于家的想象，寻找适合自己的拼图。也可随意找一处角落，与阳光、植物一道度过舒适的一天。
The whole space is warm and comfortable. You can follow your imagination about home and find a suitable puzzle for yourself. You can also find a corner at will to spend a comfortable day with sunshine and plants.
在一天中的不同时间，光线的强弱会让工作室内呈现出不同的明暗变化。
At different times of the day, the intensity of light will make the studio show different light and shade changes.
橱柜中部掏空，形成框景，两个空间形成对话
The middle of the cabinet is hollowed out to form a frame view. Two spaces form a consecutive dialogue.
空间与空间之间是交融贯通的，隔而不离的关系，让空间有了流动性，增加了趣味，通道的尽头不是墙，而是连接了另外一个空间。清晰的流线兼顾了效率，恰到好处的分隔也使得不同空间互不干扰。
The relationship between space and space is blended and penetrated, which makes the space more fluid and interesting. The end of the passage is not a wall, but a connection to another space. Clear streamline gives consideration to efficiency, and proper separation also makes different spaces not interfere with each other.
展示空间 | Display Area
展示区域是可灵活调整的，平常作为展示，在活动时可完全清空。地面采用一体无缝的材料，让空间更利落干净。
The display area can be adjusted flexibly. Normally used as a display, it can also be completely cleared during the activities. Seamless material are used in the floor to make the space look cleaner.
用两个大吊趟门来分隔空间，平常完全开放。关闭时，呈现墙地一体的效果。
The space is separated by two large hanging doors, which are usually completely open. When closed, the effect of wall and floor integration is presented.
工作区 | Working Area
开放式的工作区，可根据不同需求状态进行灵活调整。
材质细部, details of the materials
也许这里每一个元素不一定会给你一眼惊艳的感觉，但组合在一起却是恰到好处，营造出自然而舒适的氛围。
体验过所有的繁杂，方知平静自然的可贵，剥离不必要的繁杂装饰，回归到最原始的日常，这也是宅匠想传播给大家的生活理念。
Open working area can be flexibly adjusted according to different activities and needs.
Perhaps not every element here gives you a stunning feeling, but it is just right to combine them to create a natural and comfortable atmosphere.
Only after experiencing all the complexity can we realize the value of calm. Stripping off the unnecessary complex decoration, we can return to the most primitive daily life, which is also the life philosophy that Zestman wants to spread to everyone.
