临港新片区创新魔坊坐落在上海东南部的临港新片区,处于国际创新协同区的核心位置,是上海临港科技创新城经济发展有限公司创新愿景的最佳体现。首先竣工的一期项目地上建筑面积超7万平方米。园区设计最大特色在于一条连结园内六栋大楼的弯曲连廊,其灵感取自古代中国曲水流觞的习俗,旨在增强园区内的协同创新。连廊环绕园内绿色景观,营造花园式开放空间。六栋大楼采用中心核心筒、偏心核心筒两种设计,以满足不同租户的多样需求。大楼玻璃幕墙上点缀着排列成波浪形在的百叶,作为点睛之笔使园区和谐融入其地理环境——东海之滨。
As the first of its kind in Lingang Special Area, Shanghai, Lingang Sci-Tech City showcases the innovative vision of Shanghai Lingang Technology & Innovation City Economic Development Company. The 78896.7-square-meter multi-tenant R&D community features a winding loop that connects the six buildings in the campus, creating a greenery-filled space that stimulates synergy and sharing. Two types of core positions are applied to accommodate the needs of diverse tenants. The modern glassy curtains walls of the buildings are decorated with poetic wave-pattern fins—an architectural characteristic echoing the community’s seaside location.

临港新片区创新魔坊的建设正是这一愿景的最佳体现。这一大型多租户研发园区坐落在上海东南部的临港新片区,处于国际创新协同区的核心位置,首先竣工的一期项目地上建筑面积超7万平方米。园区与邻近多家高校、科技公司和顶级制造企业的互动往来必将为上海这一金融中心提供源源不断的创新动力。
Lingang Sci-Tech City is the showcase of such a vision. Located in Lingang Special Area, southeast Shanghai, the 78896.7-square-meter multi-tenant R&D community joins a cluster of universities, tech companies and cutting-edge manufacturers in boosting the innovation at China’s financial hub.
为了营造园区内鼓励协同创新的氛围,Gensler的设计团队引入了连廊的设计元素。数千年前,中国古代的文人墨客常沿溪而坐,把酒言欢,吟诗作赋。受这一古时雅趣启发,设计团队以一条蜿蜒曲折的连廊将园区内六栋楼连接起来,象征着园区内创意的萌发与汇聚,增强园区内协同功能。连廊内部设有大厅、会议及休闲空间,集视觉性与功能性于一体。
To build an international collaborative zone that welcomes synergy and sharing, the Gensler team proposed the idea of a loop. Thousands of years ago, the streams were common gathering spots for Chinese poets to drink and share ideas. Echoing such a graceful tradition, the loop connects the ground floors of six buildings in the area, creating a space that promotes sharing and innovation. In the loop are pavilions programmed for lobby, meeting, and amenity functions.
出于环境可持续性考虑,连廊顶棚以耐腐蚀性、持久性强的赤色陶土管铺就,与地面的红砖呼应,营造出温暖放松的户外氛围。在连廊的环绕之下,园区内形成一个别具新意的开放式空间,六栋大楼和园区中心添设绿色景观,让身处其中的人获得花园式体验。
Designed with sustainable approach, the space of the loop is characterized by its tactile material with a ceiling of red terracotta rots and a floor made of red bricks. The warming, nurturing color and texture of the tactile material elevates outdoor experience. The loop also creates a large green garden inside the community, which extends the meeting space with natural surroundings.
除了楼与楼之间的联通性,高效、灵活的大楼内部设计也是项目一大亮点。考虑到租户的多样性,六栋大楼分为办公和研发两大功能类别。办公楼采用中心核心筒设计,而研发楼采用偏心核心筒设计,确保更宽敞的使用空间,满足实验室及科研类机构的需求。在大楼一层地面设有加固区,方便租户搬运重型器械。
Besides connectivity, the design team sees space flexibility as economical priority. Considering the diversity of the tenants, the project divides the six buildings into two types—office building and R&D building. While center core is applied at office work focused buildings, the R&D buildings have two side cores and deeper floorplates for laboratories and tech development spaces. On the ground floor the buildings slabs are reinforced to accommodate hardware technology companies.
远远望去,研发园区内建筑的玻璃外墙时尚而动感,幕墙上点缀的百叶排列成波浪形状,作为点睛之笔使园区和谐融入其地理环境——东海之滨。或铜色、或银色的百叶在幕墙上形成一道道柔和的波浪线,营造出诗意而动感的视觉效果。当夜幕降临,部分百叶将被灯光照亮,柔光与不远处的海面遥相呼应。
Looking from distance, one will find the glassy curtain walls of the buildings both modern and dynamic, featuring poetic wave pattern fins. This delicate design is to heighten the community’s connection to its geographic location—a reclaimed land facing East China Sea. When night falls, some of the fins would be illuminated and shine by the oceanside.
创新魔坊一期于2021年竣工,目前已吸引互联网科技、智能制造科技、电力电子科技等多个领域的创新平台入驻。随着未来二期、三期项目的相继落成,创新魔坊将成为创意迸发、互联互通的人才与创意聚集地。
Completed in 2021, phase one of the community has been home to some major innovation organizations from Shanghai, including those in smart manufacturing, high-end marine equipment, and internet innovation.
With phase two and three coming up, Lingang Sci-Tech City is expected to grow into a robust community consolidating talents and ideas for an innovative shared future.
